News for Sig P320 Owners

If you're an owner that falls into the one of three categories in the link below (Like me X 4 :(), you may be eligible to make a claim as described therein. This was brought about due to a lawsuit that was filed against Sig Sauer and the P320 issues. Just figured I'd share, as I got this in a Email.

And that’s why I don’t deal with gun manufacturers (Sig), that hide issues with there products and are to much of a coward to be honest with consumers and have a recall on there product.

I mentioned that when I called into Sig concerning my 4 affected P320's. I asked "what's the procedure for this recall" his answer: "it's not a recall, it's a Voluntary Update Program VUP). I wondered how long it took them to come up with that acronym.

Well jmcd, if you sent it in for their VUP repairs, then this settlement also applies to you. Please read the link letter (if you didn't get an Email from Sig already), and fill out the claim form (which needs to be sent in before June 25, 2022 I believe). It looks like I personally fall under Category 1, as I never experienced any problem but still sent them back all 4 for their repair.
