Mine come off pretty easy once the right leverage was applied.

If it's extremely hard and won't budge with a large wrench then you may have to take it to a gun shop. i have yet to see one i needed to do that with though. it may be seem hard with a short wrench but it will be much easier with a longer much. it's a leverage thing. Hopefully they didn't put...

This is the way i do it, may not be right but it has worked every time, put 20 round mag in it, lay flat on a table the flash hider will take a counter clockwise rotation. make sure the mag is on the table where the pressure will be put on it when you turn it. hang muzzle over the table a bit...
