I do use vinegar sometimes. Wanted to try this simple green out. It did ok. Nothing great though.

Now for the alaskan 360, most people never clean rifle cans. i don't very often. baffles in these are non removable. so i just threw it in for 15 minutes and blew it dry and put it back together.

Their lies your problem. Probably bone dry from the factory. the CZ's i bought didn't have a drop of oil anywhere. Also why is the front of the gun so dirty?
