I was looking at the 1911 list at the SA website. I copied the UPC of the Garrison and entered it into the gun.deals
search site. I found a new Garrison for a price I could not ignore.
It came in yesterday, and I picked it up.
Any knife sharpeners will work, but the hardness of the ceramic blade takes a lot of work.
I no longer have any ceramic blade knives, not worth it to me.
I've made knives; I used 440C and 1095 steels. I sold all the knives I made, and don't have any left
even for me to use.
The only optics ready ones I've seen were Girsan models.
I do have one, Girsan, not optics ready. It's not my favorite, my SA-35 is better.
I also have an FN High Power, you're right it is an amazing pistol.
I think it's fake....
The supermagnetic MRI machines would make any firearm unusable.

Here's one that fits my New High Power and XDm, OSP, & etc, pistols.
Mine came in today. Thanks for telling me about it. I also have a Girsan MC P35, that should in it too.
My phone takes the wrong type of picture for the forum software.
Hi, glad you joined us...
I like mine. It required a bit of "breaking in" but it's now great to shoot.
The only thing I don't like about it is the narrow trigger. BHSS has a wider trigger available, I may try that.
Try Springfield, if you registered your warranty, they might be able to help. Since you've already paid them, probably no charge.
I considered going to BHSS for mine. I just happened to have a barrel and tried it.
