Not true at all! I would only carry +p out of a micro 9mm. With such a short barrel you need the extra volecty for the bullet to full expansion. Even in my hellcat pro with a 3.7 inch barrel I choose to use Federal hst 124+p! Or Speer gold dot 124+p if I can't find hst

Yes I have shoot all lehighs defense ammo through my hellcat no issues.. 90gr xd 90+p xd 90gr +p+ xd and 68gr +p.. All no issues! Not one! Love the 90gr +p shoot well over 500rds currently running 500rds of the 68gr +p no issues at all this is underwood loaded. Have a blessed day
