Great info here. I started my kids off early with nerf guns, basic safety, finger off the trigger, no pointing at people or pets. Both are very responsible adults now.
I've got three 10mms here, and I love them all. The price of ammo needs to come down a bit more. Defensive rounds are about right, around $1 per round, that falls in line with 9mm defensive rounds. However, range ammo still costs too much. I've got some that are below 50 cents a round...
I've shot a couple, they went bang every time, didn't jam, they just worked. The handguns I can't stand looking at them. IMO, the grip looks like someone took a lump of clay and squeezed a grip out of it and the slide looks freakishly oversized.
This is the sort of thing our vets need, public support. As a nation, we teach them to survive and to kill on a battlefield. When done they get tossed back into the public with no training. In my psychology class, we were talking about PTSD and ways to treat it. Very interesting.
I wish I could get out, been cooped up for a month now. I got the cast off my foot Tuesday, but still got a long ways to go before I can safely walk. Until then, I'm just working in my studio and doing my school work.
Seems I really triggered the little joker. He got swamped over the past 24 hours. He made some fake accounts to try to look like he has support, but that failed. His last fake account was Tactical-review-owner. He then went on my official twitter page and started crap posting. I reported the...
I've been involved with the running of a lot of forums. If no one is watching, it starts filling with bots, once that happens people leave and don't come back. Always need good admins and mods who want to see the forum grow.
I actually prefer forums. Social media is a good place to push a business, as I do, or stay in touch with family or friends. Twitter is not the place for that. FB you can at least control who sees your posts. Forums are making a come back as people are leaving the anti-social media sites...
I spend a great deal of my time on social media. Because I'm disabled, it limits my physical activity. With all my pages and groups I get around 10+ million a month in reach.
Last night shortly before turning in for the night, I got a direct message on Twitter asking what's the most suitable gun to use for blowing your brains out.
Yes, I took action at once and reported it as a threat of self-harm. While I suspect this is a troll/joke, I do NOT find it funny in any...
I've trained a lot of people how to improve their grouping just by changing their grip and how they pull the trigger. Personally I don't like saying squeeze the trigger. I prefer pull the trigger straight back. Great article, as always.
Same here, I cut way back when I learned I could teleport from the bar to my bedroom, weirdly, it also wiped my memory of the event. Now I have one or three a month.
