I actually still subscribe to pretty much all the "big" guys (NRA, G&A, AH and GUNS, etc.). They're pretty cheap and most of them have some really good writers....

Same here, when I actually buy 9mm. But, my love is .45. Those big slugs are a different story when it comes to cost. I've found it saves money to reload those (unless I come across some smoking deal somewhere on ball ammo I just can't pass up).

For me, it's my Milt Sparks VersaMax2 IWB. It's a great rig. Comfortable, concealable, even with a 5" 1911. Can't say enough good things about it.

I've carried a full size TRP for many years in an IWB Milt Sparks Versa Max2, and it's very comfortable. I've also carried a .45 XD in the same type of rig from Milt Sparks and found it to be very comfortable. So, for me, it's IWB all the way. It just makes concealing it so much easier.

I've been watching Pike's videos on the site for a while and really enjoy them. He does a really good job of giving you tips on drills that will really up your skills, but usually only require a box or two of ammo (or less) and not a ton of time. I wish I had the time and budget to spend hours...

I've heard that Milt Sparks is working on some holsters for the Hellcat, and I think for it with an optic on it.

I think that both models would be 7 or 8 rounders, so that wouldn't be affected by it? I'm thinking the CA gun might be the one to buy?
