Illinois, you thought they were done?

States with one major liberal dominated metro and no counter balance population centers tend to have their gun laws doomed to draconian talking points being persued as “public safety” i.e New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, even California as LA County trumps the size of the liberal Bay...

    Well, that didn't take long.

Similar should occur with atf pistol braces once they submit it into the federal record officially and the lawsuits start.

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

Bottom line, don’t play this game between the ATF and your lawfully bought and owned firearms. Let’s the courts rebuke them and you just stay out of it all.

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

Yep, it's all a legally dubious cluster. What you lawfully own and bought is not retroactively illegal without a congress and compensation. There will be zero federal prosecutors that go after the 10 to 40 million citizens, it will just further neuter the ATF in court.

    PSA brings back the StG44…

Cosmetically the AK borrowed from the Stg 44, internally the Garande M1. They ripped off the greatest hits of WW2, the greatest semi auto rifle and the first "assault rifle".

    PSA brings back the StG44…

This will be PSA's first flirtation with a non budget minded exclusive offering.

.308 AR with less recoil than 5.56?

For anyone who has fired recoil operated belt feds such as MG34s or MG42/M53/ MG3's, the recoil of 8MM Mauser and 308 is very manageable on the platform, granted it's usually not fired shouldered apart from a bipod.

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

Make an SBR independent of pistol braces is my suggestion. Personally I'd wait because I think there is probability SBRs are declared common use on account of the attempt to redefine pistols, and that they are removed from the NFA. To me, that's worth waiting to see, because I see no gain in...

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

I’d be very careful trusting these so called free tax stamps. They’re constitutionally dubious and could be a retroactive headache for you.

There's apparently a bullpup revolver at Shot Show? Why? Why not I guess.

Taylor Swift is a county and western artist according to that list? That needs an update.

Sig Sauer Sues Attorney for Defamation

Not a fan of the Sig Sauer demeanor toward the public and outsiders. They seem to think everyone is stupid but them and handle people with an air of contempt.

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

I was on the radio show with Cargill and Rare Breed trigger president Lawrence DeMonico this last Sunday, we had a great two hour discussion with each other and Cargill’s attorneys. Needless to say, the ATF is just throwing stuff at the wall at this point, the courts that matter aren’t on their...

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

Dude, there are ten to forty million of them out there. It’s beyond common use, that’s over ten percent plus of the US population. Utterly impossible. There are potentially enough out there to arm the entire state of California.

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

It’ll get an injunction from one of the numerous suits, get slapped in a district court as bump stocks did, and the ruling of that very case will even be cited during the slapping, and then if the doj tries to press on it will get destroyed at the Supreme Court if it’s not already destroyed by...

    Pistol Brace Rule Drops

The ATF wants to arbitrarily let you know by sending them pictures, and unless you're genuinely handicapped they'll likely say no. It's all going to die in a court of law and at record speed given the cases these past six months that doom their extracurricular attempts to be a legislative body.

The MP5: Full Auto vs Binary Trigger vs Semi-Auto

Unless you want to argue the fact the NFA is born of Prohibition, you need to go to an alcohol or tax grievance forum if you want to be argumentative with everyone about consumption taxes in their everyday life. The tax stamp that prohibits ownership of an otherwise legal firearm is...

The MP5: Full Auto vs Binary Trigger vs Semi-Auto

And it's established Supreme Court precedent that rights aren't taxable, poll taxes were struck down and the constitution even modified to prevent them explicitly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harper_v._Virginia_State_Board_of_Elections...
