    Educate me Re: SD ammo

You are correct on statement 1 for the most part but the MHP has less flip than 115, 124, 147 in my sub compacts (Hellcat, Shield Plus, PPs M2) which is why I changed from Barnes and HST's but that is what works for me and my guns. Unscientific i know but I'm not an expert. Slightly disagree on...

    Educate me Re: SD ammo

My testing shows faster accurate follow up shots and it makes a mark on steel. I will say a lot has changed in 20 years.

Palmetto is ditching their Norma MHP, $8/box!

I personally like them for my sub compacts. I live in an area where fat is the major barrier and have yet to see gel tests for fat. Light clothing works here 320 days a year.

NRA-ILA Leadership Changes & Republicans Are In Trouble

For any major Federal law to negatively impact gun owners it will take votes from both parties. I do believe the NRA does grease both sides of the wheel (one positive). However they are still a money suck for the average gun owner IMO. I would say it is "Assault Weapons" not so much the demise...

AR-15 The “National Gun Of America”

Bassbob said: Has there ever been a gun that sold in higher numbers over a 10 year period than the AR between 2013 and right now I will agree with you both just from observations at my LGS. Seems majority of folks are looking at AR's or 9mm. The continuing evolution of the AR platform is very...

AR-15 The “National Gun Of America”

I would say the lever action repeater was a true game changer in America and lever actions are still being sold today. For me a 1911 chambered in .45 acp is the American Gun. So much so a sewing machine outfit even made a few

NRA-ILA Leadership Changes & Republicans Are In Trouble

Sad to see an organization with over 150 years of existence turn into a :poop:pile. I agree at one time they were beneficial for a gun owner but don't believe so currently. I am thankful for the framers of the big document and my state government that keep the wolves at bay. Wayno and friends...

    Open Carry consequences?

As we have learned some believe in all rules, others believe in some rules, and others only believe in their rules. I will say we should fully understand if the signage has legal consequences. There have been many general statements made about rights and who knows maybe it would be a better...
