Double stack 1911 is hard to beat performance wise, just pricey. I’ll jump on the wagon when a double stack grip comes along at 1” and has a 3 1/2” max barrel.

Agree! In my case, I have small hands with 62 year old fingers - reducing trigger pull/slop is a must for me plus keeping my would be assailants at a greater distance as a bonus, lol!

Just finished shooting at range, 15 yards. Looking at PRP trigger kit now after porting barrel project is completed , off to play golf now!

Gunsmithing has started, believe these are last 2 areas in trigger pull to monkey around with!

May go the gunsmith route, I’m exploring where the slack is coming from internal wise too.

Still like the gun, here's slo mo of same vid above, I hit the wall at 12 seconds and there's another 1/4" movement before strike!

Hellcat Pro for me grip wise, Glock 19 grip doesn’t work for small hands!

Whatcha think! I hit the wall, there's a quarter inch travel (guessing) before fire. By the way, love the gun, just not a 1911 trigger wise, lol!
