The Ultimate Fudd! Tim Walz's EPIC Gun Fail

Heck I was thinking the same thing, just hoping they bought the prop locally.

    Staccato drop test failure

Not sure who else would try a drop test near a nice car. On second thought at least kids were not used. ya just never know what others are thinking.

To get the jab or not?

I would for sure get the Shingle's shot. I have had Shingle's and never want it again. Now I take the shot and cross my fingers it does its job.

    Whose Upset

Cry me a river..... I could actually care less about any of them and hope they get desperate and take over the streets of San Francisco. Just to bad it wouldn't reduce crime.

    Dawson Precision Magwell for Prodigy

The new pin that came with the Dawson Magwell is longer. once you have the Magwell installed, I used the new pin to punch out the old one. since it is a bit longer it will keep the part locked into place.

    Prodigy 5in w/HEX Dragonfly

You made a really good point about the size of the fiber installed. I also have been hunting down what the correct size is due to reading about others having problems with broken fiber or just falling out. The first place I looked was the manual and sure enough I could find anything related to...

    Pet Peeves

I get what you're saying....I have had the same thing happen recently. My new Ronin 10mm came just like that and as you said I went looking for another mag or two but none to be had in the Springfield store. In the end I went to Ed Brown and bought "2" of his. I haven't tried them out yet other...

    Night sights for 1911 Ronin?

I see your point but just wonder why other manufactures such at Sig seem to pretty much use the sights from one model to another. Other than the hight. Heck like I said earlier on I would be happy if the manufacture would just list what sight came on the weapon new. That would give something...

    Night sights for 1911 Ronin?

It sure would be nice if gun makers would adapt a single style or version instead of having to guess. Better yet have the sight info printed in the gun manual. at least that would give some of us a reference to go by.

    Night sights for 1911 Ronin?

Can they be that difficult to install? or just another reason to void someone's warranty. I guess I thought replacing the sights would be similar to changing sights on many other pistols. It seems that's not the case.

    Disassemble Prodigy Thumb Safety

In order to more easily get at the sear spring. A few weeks back I went to install a mag well on my Prodigy. I wasn't thinking when removing the pin at the bottom that force would push the main spring housing out. That force made the sear spring dislocate and needless to say something pretty...

    Disassemble Prodigy Thumb Safety

I am a bit lost when it comes to disassembling and reassembly of the thumb safety my Prodigy. In several 1911 threads I see the hammering being cocked when removing and installing of the thumb safety. In a few others it wasn't so clear. What will happen if the hammer is left in the down position...

    Dawson Precision Magwell for Prodigy

Quick question ... Do you mind saying what kind of lube you used? I wasn't sure if it mattered but thought some kinds might cause damage to the polymer.

First Look: Springfield 1911 DS Prodigy 9mm

I found this thread interesting, do to so many views express. Since I don’t own a trigger gauge all I can say is my Prodigy trigger feels pretty darn good to me. These days its nice to see several people have a discussion and not get into a war over different peoples viewpoints. Must be why I’m...

    Anyone Else Notice This?

I asked because in the past after Apple updates,I have had a few times weird things went wonky. Glad it‘s not the case.
