All great answers, thanks fellas. I did triple check my hand placement/grip and it still happened during the first 7-10 rounds, then stopped. I will have a certified armorer look at it and make changes. Thanks again!

Hi guys, I just placed a new Atlas Works extended thumb safety in my Prodigy. I took it to the range today and during the first 15 shots, the slide connected with the new safety and locked it in place. I figured out if I hold the thumb safety down during shooting, it wouldn't engage...
