The first time I gripped them they seemed to me uncomfortable maybe painful. Then I shot it in Steel Challenge and had no problems. I preferred them for the great lockup it gave my hands with the gun. I think it is just the first time you have a grip pattern this aggressive it is too unfamiliar... -

Also I handled a Prodigy at my LGS I snapped the safety on and off a couple times, racked the slide pulled the trigger, racked the slide snapped the safety on and it stuck in the halfway position and wouldn't budge and no other part would either. Why are 2011s finicky? I'm not sure what a 2011 is, is a double stack Para ordnance P-14 a 2011 I've never had a problem with it since I bought it in 1993 Does anyone know what makes a double stack 1911 a 2011? I'm ignorant. -

Wasp on the XDM Elite 3.8 10mm?
Bought The XD-M Elite 3.8 9mm. The Dragonfly died after about 20-30 rounds. Returned it to Springfield and after 1 month they sent me a Wasp? It doesn't fit grrrrrr -
