I liked the feel of the Talon Grip rubberized grip. I have a Hogue Slip on grip now. Both feel good and won't destroy your shirts.

I've had one for about six weeks. It's worth the money. No trigger pull scale so I have to go by feel. I'd say it reduced pull weight by about 35-40 percent. It's much better but not so light you would be wary of it on your carry gun.
