I think the recoil on that would be pretty stout. Not for the limp wristed for sure.

Bought myself an XDM 10mm 4.5' for Christmas a year and a half ago and it has taken the place of my XD .45 as my EDC pistol. It came with 5 15 round mags due to the promo at the time. It is accurate, reliable and very fun to shoot. I would reccomend it to anyone. Love my XD's! Thanx SA!

WOW! I must be paranoid or something. I carry my XDM 10mm, 15+1, plus 4 15 round mags in my conceal carry coat(winter only) for a total of 76 rounds of ammo. Is it heavy? Damn skippy it is, but very comforting to my old bones knowing i have plenty of ammo to get to my long guns. Overkill...

My current home defense weapon is my 10mm Hi-Point carbine, I have 4 pistols and a 12 ga. stashed at various places throughout the house if the need arises. Being that my house is very small, i believe the 10mm covers any issues I have with things that go bump in the night.
