Absolutely NO mandated training!!!!!!!!!!!!! If a new gun buyer is serious about self defense, they will seek out training. If they only want to play with a firearm, they may end up in prison, the morgue or some long term care facility. This idea of not being trained to "my" level is ridiculous...
