Okay....the best I can get is 6.624” from Beavertail to end of barrel on EMP40. This is longer than my caliper, so the excess beyond 6.6” is rough. I tried again using markings on my bench top and got 6.606”. So it’s definitely between 6.606” and 6.624”. Mine is the 1911 EMP LW COMPACT SS .40...

Received my Hellcat FDE yesterday. Have only dry-fired it. Trigger feels awesome. Short reset. Can't wait to take her to the range...even if she isn't FDE. Looks like OD Green to me.
