I echo your sentiments. The other issue seems to be more manufacturers are not utilizing the caliber platform as much. 9mm pistols are cheaper and more readily accessible for many people.

Thanks for the invite. Stoked to have a place to discuss shooting with reasonable gun owners. I grew up shooting with my dad, but as things do, times got tough and dad sold most of his guns to feed the family. I recently have returned to shooting and will likely seek advice from many of you.

I cannot answer the “Why?” as too CCW with a .22LR. However, I can imagine that having a gun available provides comfort and could discourage would be attackers. Maybe a really good self-defense designed ammunition could add a layer of protection? Just a thought.

I do not own one, but I enter gun giveaways all the time and never win! I do not anticipate this changing. However, it is cool to have a place to talk all things shooting.
