It just depends on what you need, and it appears you have that covered, BarryinIN. The karambit for gun grabs is right on. A curved blade in an ice pick or pikal grip is very combative in CQC. I can go on about the Opinel for utility. I like the #7 Inox… Randall

Thanks, Bassbob! Those are some good blades you are carrying. I make my customs with 154CM, which is easy for me to finish and heat-treat. It holds a good edge and is reasonably priced. Randall

Salty, That one is above my pay grade as I’m just a humble writer. I have many, many different irons on my pistols and the dot and U notch are good to go for me. The ones I really did not take to were ones with big ole large front dots. :) Randall
