Thanks very much for your thoughts and the link you shared. SA does show a Crossbreed holster on their site and mentions that it will handle the threaded barrel. So you solved my problem, very much appreciated!

Hi Everyone - I'm currently trying to find a good holster that can accommodate the threaded barrel on a 4.5" XDM. Tried most reputable manufacturers but haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone have a suggestion? Seems like companies don't want to deal with the threaded barrel.
