It is an XDE SA/DA hammer fired .45 ACP.

I have noticed a mark on the primer on spent cases that resembles a keyhole. It's not punched thru, but it looks like the firing pin is got a burr on it to make this mark. I have inspected the firing pin, no noticeable burr. What could be causing this mark?
