Not sure where the casing were fly off to. What does it mean if they were heading to the 2:00 or 3:00 positions? Thanks for your help

16” rifle, outside running Norma 55 grain ammo.

I just got the saint edge and I am getting a lot of gas blow back in my face. Is it that normal because of the muzzle brake or do I need to adjust something?
