Sipping coffee #2, catching up on here. It's another gloomy, cold and windy day here so I'll be doing my chores (laundry and other such housework) after brunch (I cook bacon and eggs every Sunday). Then I can do the fun stuff...clean my guns and kill some monsters.

My grandfather owned several harness racers. He loved those horses like they were his kids. The last one he had was Northwood Hazy. She raced in Ontario, Canada many moons ago.

I'll post the recipe below. I follow it pretty closely. I usually take liberties with recipes as they are only guides, but this one is good as is. The only thing I switch up is the meat. I use 1.5 lbs of meat, only because we like meat :cool:, and I usually do half venison and half...
