I like Carolina whole hog with vinegar, but I also like the Sout Carolina yellow mustard-based stuff. Maurice's in Columbia is AMAZING. And, tbh, when I 1st heard about it, I was CERTAIN I'd hate it. BOY, was I wrong!!!
