That’s exactly what happened to mine ! I was shooting steel for 2hrs , went thru 250rds come home clean it and find half the screw set falling out.

I had a good friend say the same he used 2 part epoxy on a rilfe scope mount that kept coming loose ! Next up Ima fire up my MiG welder and make it one with the slide 😆
