Just finished shooting the XD. Shot 100 rounds perfectly through it. No issues at all. My solution to the problem was bending the new extractor a little to give tension, similar to a springfield 1911 the internet was saying.

Factory one did not have good tension. The replacement was from xdgunparts.com . I just looked up 1911 tuning and gave up. Put the extractor in vice grips, bent it a little and reassembled everything. It has a lot more tension now. Extracts good when pulling slide back. I might shoot it tomorrow...
