    Almost own a Kuna

Switched out the standard mount for the Romeo 5 with the low mount on my Kuna. It now co-witnesses with the flip up iron sights...

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

I’m not jealous either. And it HAS happened. No tax on suppressors, SBS, SBR & AOW are now $0. It’s law passed by Congress and signed by President Trump. Should start Jan 1. Now, we just need to get registration removed from the NFA.

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

That would be a stupid reason. 2A rights apply to every citizen. Unless you lose the right via felony conviction. There should be NO barriers to entry… The 2nd amendment doesn’t say the right to bear arms - unless you’re an idiot.

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

Why would any 2A advocate be against removing the tax? It would be better to remove suppressors, SBS, SBR & AOW off the registry all together, but this is a step in the right direction.

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

Tax has gone away on that also. No more tax on SBR, SBS, AOW or suppressors starting whenever it starts. Most are saying January 1st, 2026.

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

I just got a suppressor that took 22 days. But mine are always delayed, so that was real good for me. My previous one was certified in December 2023 and approved in June 2024. 6 months.

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

Here’s what someone else posted on another board. Sounds like January 1st is when it will take effect. I’m sure we’ll hear more as time goes by. “(d) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall apply to calendar quarters beginning more than 90 days after the date of the...

    Kuna Malfunction

Anyone have any idea what would cause this? I’m not real familiar with the Kuna bolt. Is the extractor held in by a roll pin? Or is it just spring tension? I have a Kuna, but haven’t taken the bolt out to closely look at this. Wondering if it’s something we need to check for fit or possibly a...

    Kuna Mags…interesting.

I’m sure someone will come up with a better aftermarket mag for this. Maybe SA will start using a better polymer soon. From the video, sounds like the Scorpion had the same issue when it first came out. I think the gun is solid, other than the couple of issues mentioned here. It’s just the mags...

    Interesting situation Motorcity madman

If Nugent is living in Florida now, maybe he didn’t know about the rule change. The article said the law was just updated in 2023 that firearms are not allowed in the Capital building. Prior to that, it was ok to bring a firearm into the building. I wouldn’t really blame Uncle Ted for this…

    Kuna Mags…interesting.

Mine look like the 3 that are the same. No cracks. But I’ve probably only shot a couple hundred rounds. Not a lot of hard use yet. I’ll have to keep an eye on them.

    Springfield Kuna Review — A Roller-Delayed 9mm

He’s suggesting you’re going to want to shoot it a lot, so be prepared to buy a bunch of ammo. The Kuna seems to be very reliable with whatever ammo you shoot through it. Enjoy!!

    Almost own a Kuna

I have an old Romeo 5 I had sitting around on mine. The standard height mount does not cowitness with the iron sights. I don’t remember if the Romeo 5 came with more than one mount in order to cowitness. I’ll have to check my box. Bought the sight many years ago. Congrats on your purchase. Bet...

Israel launches Airstrikes Aganst Iranian nuclear sites.

1st of all, Fetterman has not turned out to be the typical Democrat. He’s not a Republican by any stretch of the imagination, but he doesn’t toe the usual Democrat line. I wouldn’t expect a lot of democrats to follow in his footsteps. 2ndly, I’m all for us helping Israel decimate Iran’s ability...

    Do you still trust SIG?

I trust Sig, but I won't buy a P320. I don't know if it is the design of the pistol or if it's much ado about nothing. But there is just too much out there to ignore it. That being said, I have 3 Sig pistols. A P365XL, a P938 Legion and the P322. Haven't had any problems with any of them. I have...

    They killed a lawmaker

I don’t agree. These “protesters” have no right to be blockading roads and damaging cars. The vehicles and their drivers have a right to be on the road and get where they have to go. They also have a right and responsibility to get away from danger. Why should anyone have to sit there and just...

    Mine’s not like that either.

    Kuna

Are you sure it’s not the pistol grip compartment cover? That does tend to rattle a little. Take the cover off and shake it. See if the rattle is still there.

Israel launches Airstrikes Aganst Iranian nuclear sites.

This was inevitable. Iran will never agree to give up their nuclear capabilities.
