When Blazer aluminum was introduced many years ago it was a dirty ammo. It worked fine but was one of the dirtiest I had seen. But they improved a lot and the brass stuff has been good when I used it.

I've shot Blazer Black Box before and never had an issue with them.

I use Blazer Brass a lot. In fact it's my ammo of choice for 9mm range ammo, prior to the pandemic.
