I just bought this 10mm XD-M from my dealer. I was wondering why it has a high metal blade for a front sight instead of the fiber optic front sight. The serial number is AT133214. What can you tell me about this gun?

Pictures help & serial numbers don't indicate what model it is outside of SA's records.

Was it used? if do it probably been changed out.

The OSP versions came with suppressor height sights front and rear.
