Nice walk down memory lane. I remember when the first Clayco's came in country- like to have died trying to get one. Went thru a lot of AK's (and AR's, M1A's, CETMEs, etc).. over the years from then til now, those were the days!... I kept a milled version which has gotten heavier over the years! Pretty accurate, chromed barrel and chamber, all chi-com kit with it... the Chinese ammo is hard to find now but other stuff is still available... My suggestion to younger guys looking for an AK of any make, stock the ammo deep when you can find it- buy a case+ Goes for magazines, too. "He that hath ears to hear, let him hear!" MK 4:9
