It looks like an aluminum trigger with “speed holes” so...for all intents and purposes, yes, it does.

This (loaded) pistol has an MSRP $500 higher than a Ronin. I'm trying to figure out where that much more quality or fine tuning is, or is it just because it's green?

The rails add a bit, the ArmorKote finish adds a bit...I also think that the MCO doesn’t have any MIM parts, but I’m not certain about that.

The front strap traction adds quite a bit, too.

It does have MIM parts. The TRP has MIM parts. Some could argue it as a bad thing, I’ve never had an issue with my SA 1911 and have never had an issue with my DW, which doesn’t have any MIM parts.
