2025 Pistol "Gear Up" Program

I purchased mine 2/28/25 and and when I went to claim the gear up I had the same issue. In my case it did came with the optics and magazines but they were left back and the place I purchased it. Went back claim it and they did give me the items, they even installed the optics for me. It was a misunderstanding but it was corrected.
 
Be patient it will arrived. I got my Echelon 4.0 C less than a month ago but it came already with the items of the promotion included. The only complaint is that the optics that came with gun, the Cremson Trace 1500 was damaged. Hopefully I will get a replacement soon. Let’s see if I get the CT 1550 instead. Other than that I love the echelon!!!

They gave me a choice of two different optics, the CT and the Hex Wasp.

I chose the Wasp.
 
As I stated earlier, I bought my Echelon on 7th of March and filed the paperwork on the 8th.

They asked me to wait approximately 8 weeks for turnaround time.

Yesterday I received an email shipping confirmation stating mine will arrive via FedEx tomorrow the 26th.

Looks like they may be getting the stuff out a little faster than expected, for any of you considering getting one.
 
It did come in.

19 days from the time I filed the paperwork until it landed on my doorstep.

For those that are interested this is how it arrived.

Everything was contained in the bag.

All 3 magazines were the extended ones, I would have like to have had just one more standard magazine.

This is how the red dot was packaged. It didn't come in a retail box or anything.

Definitely not complaining, this is a great offer.

One thing to note though if you chose the Hex Wasp.

In order to install the Wasp I had to change out the front "tear drop" pins on the mounting plate for two round ones that mount at the rear.

I removed the ones circled in red and installed the ones circled in blue, the Wasp fit perfectly. The two in blue came with the gun and should be with your box and case that came with the pistol when you bought it.

That is excellent! And I appreciate the installation tip. I have not installed my Hex yet but I figured all the necessary components were there waiting for me. Thanks! :)

I also bought a Echelon 4.0C that already came with the gear up package and my Crimson Trace is also broken. Did you go through Springfield to get a replacement or did you go through Crimson Trace?
 
I picked up my 4.5F on Tuesday and submitted my “Gear Up” request on Wednesday.
My pistol came with 3 magazines ( One 17 round and Two 20 round magazines ). I plan to upgrade the optics and add a light.
when my package gets here I don’t know yet. Until then I’ve got plenty of magazines, a pretty good speed loader that came with the gun, and a .50 Cal ammo can full of 124 and 147 grain 9mm rounds.

I bought mine last August when SA was offering the three mags and a bag Gear Up promo. I'm not sorry that I put a Holosun HE507K-GR X2 on it. My XDM Elite came with a HEX Dragonfly, which my FFL guy installed when I picked it up. I'm not that crazy about it but I'm learning to live with it. I may or may not swap it out...haven't decided yet.
