2025 Pistol "Gear Up" Program

I went to open the gear up promotion after I purchased the echelon but it won't open the form. It doesn't show the form. Am I missing something
The link I posted above is to redeem online by hitting the “Redeem Free Gear” button and then entering the Serial Number and purchase date. By hitting continue, you’ll probably be asked to provide a copy of the qualifying promotion product receipt, plus more (Name, address, Etc). I’ve always done the redemption of SA’s Gear Up Promos online by uploading a copy of the receipt by scanning it into my computer. If you can’t do that, they may provide instructions on how to get that receipt to them, and if more questions, a number to call for assistance.

I made a purchase and bought an Echelon 25.2.2025. When I enter my serial number and purchase date, I get that my serial number is not valid. Did I miss something or is this offer just not available in the Czech Republic?

That's a good question. I don't know if country of origin makes a difference. Check the "fine print" in the rules of the offer. Also, check for typo errors, for example - number zero, 0 - instead of the letter O. Good luck. I really like my Echelon 4.5F Comp. How about you?

The same thing happened to me during a September 2024 Sig Sauer promotion. I entered the Serial Number & Purchase date and received message "Invalid Serial Number". I called Sig's Customer Service number to complain and was told my specific firearm caliber, was not part of their promotion event (I complained enough to get a free magazine vs 20% off from their store).

So with that, I'd recommend calling Springfield Armory's customer service phone number. It's 800-680-6866 (taken from their Redeem Page (at the bottom) asking for Serial Number / Purchase date). Maybe they can tell you what went wrong with your SN/Purchase Date entry. Hopefully it's a problem on their end, if not (such as certain restrictions), maybe if you complain they'll give you something for you purchase but non rebate disappointment.

Just to reassure everyone this is a real thing, I recieved my gear-up items last week. ;)
