I am all in for Benchmades axis lock but I carry Gerber's Applegate folder for sentimental reasons...when you have stood in front of Colonel himself and talked blades and tactics...you just almost HAVE to carry his knife.

$150 for a D2 blade and a liner lock seems a little high. It looks nice. Like something you'd carry wearing a suit.
I wonder exactly what about this knife makes it more suitable to cold and harsh environments such as what's found in Maine ? I wouldn't mind one if they made it in Magnacut or s90v.
