Two people in my life can take one of my firearms. The wife of course, and the oldest Graddaughter. Grandgirl hasn't got her own yet but she has performed very well with mine and has a CWP.

HELL NO. Did that once won't happen again. And everyone that knows me knows better to ask. However I will let anyone shoot them as long as I'm there to make sure everything is done right.

I had a best friend who will be deceased 2 years come Father's day who could have borrowed any firearm I have anytime he wanted and did a few times. I had a B-I-law now deceased who could have borrowed my firearms . I have two daughters and one grand daughter who could borrow a firearm from me.

Other than the above , the answer is NO! They can shoot them with me there but that is it. There are a couple people I know that even if I were there they wouldn't get to shoot them.

I learned many years ago that loaning out guns it a bad idea. One of our officers was going undercover for an investigation and I loaned him a S&W Model 49 .38 Special snub nosed. Got it back three months later rusted up. Had to have it refinished so a friend who is a noted engraver scratched it up for me.
Since then the only people I loan my guns to his my match shooting partner, my brothers and my kids (who don't borrow them as they have their own).
