What holster were you using with the XD-M Elite Tactical OSP?

I did not get the three plates when I bought mine. Instead, I got a card with a url where I can choose one plate, for free, and would have to buy the other two. That was disappointing.

My Walther Q5 Match came with 3 plates. A couple months later they started shipping them with one plate of your choice vouchers.
