Sometime you have no choice. If you are in LE and part of the Motors Squad your side ammo will get rain on.

Does the RMSw come with the thin sealing plate or do you have to purchase that separately?

I realize this article has been out for a while, but just wondering if the RMSw has a 'auto off' function when not in use?
