I'm putting together some .45/70 rounds for my brother to use hunting this year. He gets to use my 1895G. What bullets do you like for your .45/70 hunting rounds for whitetail in the brush? They'll be going on top of some 4198 with Starline brass and Winchester primers. He's a strong guy buy I don't think he'll like the +P rounds and I'd rather not get angry call about shoulder bruises from his wife. Also, he probably doesn't need to kill and clean the deer with one bullet.
