I was watching a show from the land of OZ and a victim had a closed airway from some poison??
any-who the 2 people providing life essential emergency care did not have a plastic tube or anything like that, so the woman tore down her 1911 and used the barrel as the airway tube

i had never seen that way of doing it ...pretty cool

nope, the only emergency item i ever saw was a ball point pen outer case.

That would be way to large and most likely cause throat issues. But it's TV. Probably a cool factor than just using a pen from their pocket
