Oldest turned 26 on the 11h, so it's go time! Strips, ribeye, boneless ribs, fillets and lamb for a taste. Not a mutton person ad it has no taste. Had it 1 other time ad it wasn't bad, just tasteless to me and wife also. Top left is the lamb, ribs onto right, fillets bottom front right, snd strips n ribeye are mixed.

The grill has a middle rack, but using all 3 is a PITA.

I always assumed that's the reason mint jelly was always served with mutton ... so it had a little flavor/taste.

Although they all look really good, is it just me or are all those pieces hand cut at home?

The lamb taste and actually has a taste when grilled with 1/3 hickory and 2/3 mesquite.

Since I haa difficult time sleeping in a bed (even the sleep number bed I have) I sleep mainly on the floor. My neck is the issue on why. Snowball walks around to where I sleep and calls it his. Now it's time for me to find another place. I don't mind ad he is a good kid.
