6 eggs=6 chicks

Being federally licensed to perform Raptor Rescue I have access to a complete database.
To be listed federally it has go to go through the listing process which would include posting in the federal register and public comment period. I work a position which requires consultation under the Endangered Species Act with the services. There is no hidden listed. Federally listed species is public information. It’s actually necessary to help facilitate and prevent the take of ESA.

not all foreign species are included under our federal ESA.

Link to information site for city of San Antonio specifically stating peafowl not being federally protected but are by animal cruelty laws.

I never said I had a hidden from public view list.

Okay would you share the posting or link that that these are considered federally endangered species? Or state listed species? Like I said originally I was curious where that information came from. Especially since the city of San Antonio allows trapping and hunting of them, although has noted in the parantheses it’s not encouraged.

Uh-oh
