15 year old kid carjacked him. Just like when they have these flash mobs of kids in downtown Chicago causing chaos at 11:00 at night. Parents need to start parenting and keep tabs on their kids and show them that there are consequences to their actions.

problems with parenting..


1) who's the daddy?...or in other words, "how many daddy's did the mommy have kids with"??

2) where is the mother?

3) how many kids in that house

4) smack them down hard as adult offenders.

maybe the 15-year old was late for choir practice and was desperate to get there because a recruiter from juliard was going to be there....

A few days ago there was a little talk about holding the parents responsible for a minor child's actions. Until that becomes the norm rather than the exception, there won't be much change ... for the better that is!!!
