Nice idea, but my vehicle isn't listed. On the other hand, the popular trucks are the most likely stolen.

I agree. It may be easier to steal your vehicle, and then have all the time they need to open the safe.

I haven't seen what Jeeps have, but if they're like the center console and glove box "locks" in my F150, my 4yo grandson could probably pop them open in a micro second.

I'm sure they're probably not much different. I was kidding anyway; I never leave weapons in the vehicle. If I have one on me and I can't go into a place with it, I just don't go in. I live in an urban area and there's just too much risk involved in leaving something in the vehicle unattended.
