After 10 years of development and research, in 1957 Smith & Wesson debuted what it believed to be the ultimate rimfire target pistol, the Model 41.

It’s a great pistol..but for ultimate you gotta look at Pardinis and other Olympic-class target pistols...just sayin’.

That being said...a 41 is on my short list.
