Nice M&P pistol, congrats.....enjoy shooting it.Made the mistake of walking by the gun counter in the PX yesteday. Two hours later I was headed home with this. M&P 9 EZ in FDE. A plus is I already have holsters to fit it.

Aw....did papa make a boo-boo.........They are nice firearms and shoot great too. Just be very , very careful not to touch that grip safety when putting the slide back on. Please don't ask me how I know .

Nowhere near 1,000 rounds through the 380EZ we have, or the 9EZ I carry, but no problems so far. . If I had the available ammo I'd sure be getting some range time.Like the EZ.380, there are reports of FTF, FTE and stovepipe issues with these guns. Most likely due to the weak RSA, which is what makes it EZ. That said, I bought my dad a .380 EZ and it’s got well over 1000 rounds through it with no issues whatsoever.
Been lucky so far, and not touched the grip safety when reassembling.Aw....did papa make a boo-boo.........
Oh yeah, but depressing looking at the empty ammo display cases there now.I always check out the gun counter each time I'm in the PX.

And we can also guess why she’s now your Ex Wife.Yes I posted about it but I will replay the written word.....
My ex wife bought a S&W 9EZ brand new and asked me to show her how to take it down and where to lube it. I showed her how to take the slide off and was putting the slide back on so she could do it under my supervision. Well I was trying not to touch the grip safety and even told her to be careful but the dang thing is so easy to move ... well all of a sudden it won't go any farther onto the frame and it also won't come back off. It would however move back and forth about an 1/8th of an inch. She looks at me , I look at her , and she starts cussing. Just to be fair , I might have said a couple bad words myself .
Well I took it to my gunsmith friend and he ( beat and hammered on it , joking ) worked on it till he got it working again. Cost me $5.00 and I tried to give him more. LOL
Then came back home and cleaned and lubed it.
So that's how I know....
