A Tale of Two States & COVID-19

This will get interesting. I wonder how much of an increase we will see between states that act sooner than others.
For the lack of a better statement this will be a crap shoot. 50/50 it will work or be a disaster if not monitored correctly and acted on immediately if things go bad. The question is do we take that chance and who has the final say?
Federal or state government?

There are still so many unknowns about the virus and I don't think they know if (temperature) will alter it's course and it will act like the flu (as far as seasons go). Other countries have seen upticks when they re-opened. I hope they (we) are smart with our decisions and we can all get back to somewhat normal.

As I recall (but I could be mistaken), I think POTUS said for the governors to decide when to open their states, following the three step process, but that he would override them if things start to turn for the worse.

Waiting to see what they do here. I'm in Kentucky. You know.......where the gov said to write down/photograph license plates at drive-up church events, and turn them in to the county health departments.
