Taking a shooting class to show at least a basic safety competence and awareness is fair enough, But the mental health test is just a joke,as said not only will the wait screw it up,but more importantly it's subjective to 1 persons opinion who does the test,1 persons opinion is different to another to wether a person is OK to pass or not,does it make it a lottery to who you get to do the test wether the person has mental health issues or not?
