I just got this in an e mail, i got a notice a month ago saying the other one was in process after it was submitted. and now i can't log onto the site cause it's too busy i guess. it keeps timing out. anyone else get this notice? it's not in draft status, i submitted it.

- I cannot log on either.
Must be an ATF site issue

- if you didnt get an email stated the form you completed online is “submitted/In Process”, then you didnt finalize the form before you closed out of the ATF site.

Go back thru your ATF emails and see if you have that entry. If not, finalize that draft by submitting it
 
Yes, i got the submitted in process on the other one.

This is what i got last from them, they sent my form with submitted accross it.

This is to advise you that the status of your eForms submission with the subject Permit/Control number has changed to SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS

You should have that “submitted/in process” email for each separate firearm submission you did.
If you dont have that exact email for each and every device you submitted, then one is not submitted and its in draft state.
If you did 2 devices, you should have 2 emails with 2 different control numbers
 
I seen what the deal is, i tried to submit it several times when i was doing it wrong. those are the ones in draft. when i finally did it right it came back pending cause the gun wasn't listed in their categories, then over a month a ago i got a message it was changed from pending to submitted in process.

I finally got on the site but it is snail slow. i do have one in the in process column and several in the draft column. i tried to delete the drafts but it will take all night to do it. might try again late tonight when it's not so busy. i think i'm good to go though ( fingers crossed)

I had a similar issue and I called the ATF to verify and the agent said I was fully submitted. It maybe worth a call to verify.

I got that email today too. Made me a little paranoid. I had 2 I needed to resubmit (resubmitted May 9 and May 11). I double checked to make sure I had those emails and those 2 forms were under submitted. They were good. I went to the "Draft" category in my account - turns out it was a form I started as I was walking a friend (in the midwest) through the process on the phone. No control number assigned - so deleted it. Took me 1/2 hour to log in and eventually delete it. Site was super slow. I'm hoping its not that slow for the folks processing these.
