All it takes is one bad manager or person of influence to ruin a company and productivity .

WLP is the downfall of public trust to the NRA.

he must go for the org to move forward effectively…

Yep, agree with the posts here....he has to go for the NRA to get back like it was.

I think the NRA needs a more (much more) effective and involved Board of Directors. WLP isn't the only problem. He is more like a symptom of a broken Board.
