I propose a “moron test” that does not infringe up one’s 2a right to own a firearm but will allow you to own only what you can handle. The lower end of that range is a water pistol. which i believe, this guy should still not be able to own.

Well it’s obvious he doesn’t know when he can use a gun but he doesn’t have to worry about that anymore since he will never be allowed to touch one ever again.

Hopefully, he'll be denied bail, held in jail thru his trial, and sentenced to a long stretch in prison. His "I know when to use a gun" statement to the media should make this a slam dunk conviction for the DA in that jurisdiction.
