the gooberment should not ever bail out companies. they either float or sink on thier own.

if the gooberment has to "bribe" or "bail out" any company, then it should be put on a ballot for the general elections, so WE ALL get to say yay or nay..........

I worked at Intel as a consultant for a couple of years and I can tell you that they change their minds about business strategy, project funding, staffing and nexl-generation R&D about as often as they change their underwear.

While some would say it's a dynamic organization I would beg to differ. Rather, I'd call it Helter Skelter Hell.
